Flipkart can auto-enrol sellers into promotional offers. When an offer carries a high burn share, your share of the discount, it cuts straight into margin. Offer Guard watches the offers on your Flipkart accounts and acts on the rules you set.
Set a rule once, per account
Offer Guard lists accounts down the left, and each one has its own settings.
Off, Notify only, or Auto opt-out.
Choose the burn-share percentage above which a new offer should be left.
It checks about once an hour, and lists offers ahead of their start so you have time to act.
You are told about every new offer, and what was done about it.

Notify, opt out automatically, or do it by hand

- Notify only: an email about new offers, and nothing changed on Flipkart
- Auto opt-out: opt the account out of new offers whose burn share is above your threshold, then email you
- A confirmation explains the effect before you turn Auto opt-out on
- Offer ID, description, discount type, offer status, start and end dates and your burn share %
- A status for each offer: Notified, Opted out, Opt-out failed, Kept, Manual opt-out or Existing
- A failed opt-out is flagged in red, with the error recorded
- Manual Sync to refresh on demand, and a count of the emails sent
- Offers already on the account when you switch it on are recorded as a baseline and left alone
- Only offers added from then on are acted on
- Offers at or below your threshold are kept, and you are still emailed
- The Opt-out button is disabled when an offer is already opted out or Flipkart funds it fully
- The recipient defaults to the account login if it is a valid email address
- Enter several addresses separated by commas: the first is To and the rest are Cc
- Flipkart is the only platform supported today; more are on the roadmap
- Checks run about every hour, from one designated main PC per account, so there are no duplicate emails or opt-outs
- The OneINV app needs to be running on that PC

Is Offer Guard free?
Yes. It runs on every OneINV install with no trial, no credits and no licence gate, whether or not you have bought any of the three paid modules.
Which marketplaces does it support?
Flipkart only today. More platforms are on the roadmap.
What is burn share?
Burn share is your part of the discount in a promotional offer. A higher burn share means the offer costs you more.
Will it change offers already on my account?
No. Offers already on the account when you switch Offer Guard on are recorded as a baseline and left alone. Only offers added from then on are acted on.
How often does it check?
About once an hour. It also lists offers ahead of their start, so you have time to act.
Does my PC need to be on?
Yes. The check runs from one designated main PC per account, so the OneINV app needs to be running on that PC.
Who gets the emails?
The recipient defaults to the account login if it is a valid email address. You can enter several addresses separated by commas. The first is To and the rest are Cc.
Can I opt out of an offer by hand?
Yes. Each offer row has an Opt-out button with a confirmation. It is disabled when the offer is already opted out or Flipkart funds it fully.
Do I need the other OneINV modules?
No. Offer Guard works on its own and needs no module licence or credits.
