Order Processing: clear a whole batch in one run

Connect your seller accounts, choose the orders, and OneINV fetches the labels and invoices, prints bills and labels on separate pages, sorts them SKU-wise and files them in a folder for each courier, with a summary to audit the day.

How a batch run works

From waiting orders to sorted, labelled stacks in one sitting

Order Processing connects to your own seller accounts, so there is nothing to export or upload first.

Connect your accounts

Your marketplace portals open inside OneINV on the same login, one or many accounts at a time.

Choose the orders

Filter the New Order list, paste a list of order IDs, or tick just the orders you want.

Process in bulk

The run goes ahead as a background job with a live log. Pause, retry or rerun it any time.

Files are made and filed

Labels and invoices are fetched, stamped and saved in folders by date, platform, job and courier.

Audit the day

A SKU summary for the job and for each courier shows what is in every stack.

What happens to every order

One run, four things done for you

Every label that comes out of a job has already been separated from its bill, sorted, filed and checked.

  • 1
Bill and label on separate pages

Each order’s bill and shipping label print on their own pages, so printing and handover stay clean.

  • 2
    SKU-wise

Labels print grouped and sorted by SKU, so a packer can pick, match and pack without hunting.

  • 3
    Separate folder for each courier

Labels and bills are saved in their own folder per courier, even by courier sub-code, so handover is a sorted stack.

  • 4
    Label summary

A SKU summary for the job, and for each courier, lets you audit today’s orders easily. A Check SKU audit compares each parcel’s label with what is in it.

Sample label for illustration. Not a real shipment.
